Nicola has a long-established career as a public health nurse specialist in occupational health, Since qualifying she has gained further qualifications and experience in Hand arm Vibration (HAVS), noise exposure and respiratory sensisters that can affect parts of the workforce which are mainly in industry.
Following this Nicola went on to study Management of Occupational Health which has helped her develop improved working relationships with management and business alike.
She went on to obtain her independent and supplementary prescriber qualification which complements her practise when advising on recommended treatments and prescribed medication use in the workplace. She later went on to obtain her certificate in Occupational Health Legal which can assist businesses in all aspects of medicolegal advice relevant to the Equality Act (2010) GDPR regulations (2018).
David began his career in Contemporary Dance and after a long successful career has taken a step aside to focus on the health and wellbeing of the workforce. His career as a Director in Dance makes him expert in musculoskeletal injury and postural advice. He obtained his industrial audiometry and spirometry qualification several years ago, allowing him to visit the workforce onsite and undergo Health Surveillance and Safety Critical medicals.
